About the Audioengine A5+ Wireless

The Audioengine A5+ Wireless is a 2.0 desktop speaker pair in the Speakers & Soundbars category. Each unit houses a 5-inch driver and receives audio via Bluetooth or a wired connection, delivering a clean, balanced soundstage for PC gaming and media.

Its built-in amplifier and premium enclosure keep distortion low at higher volumes, making it suitable for detailed game audio and music. Because the system is wireless, placement is flexible, though you’ll still need a power outlet for each speaker.

Design

Both speakers have a compact rectangular cabinet that sits comfortably on a desk or shelf. The finish is matte and the front grille is a simple mesh, protecting the 5-inch drivers. The units include a sturdy stand and a small control panel for volume and Bluetooth pairing.

Where it fits

Desktop gaming rigs where clear positional audio helps with awareness.
Small home office setups that need wireless connectivity.
Players who prefer music or game soundtracks without cluttered cables.
Co-op sessions on couch with the speakers placed near the TV.

Before you buy

Confirm the model includes Bluetooth and the 5-inch drivers, and check that the power cables match your region’s plug type.

If you need surround sound or a sub-woofer for deep bass, look for a 5.1 system instead.
